Summer's Over, Back to Work

Well, the title isn't necessarily true. I'm been working all summer (4 days a week, 8 hours a day), and so now it's time to get back to school. I am now a college student! I graduated High School ranked number 9, and am currently a freshman at Texas A&M Commerce in the Honor's College (referred to as the HC). A lot has happened since I last wrote. I went to Chicago. I went to Florida and the Caribbean. I went to Arkansas and spent a week on a house boat. I moved into my apartment (!!! not a dorm, APARTMENT!), and this past Monday I started classes. We just went over the syllabus Monday and yesterday, so today was my first "real" day of classes. One 8 AM (English/History), then nothing until Photography at 2pm. That's a five hour break, if you're wondering. Tomorrow I have Drawing I, English/History (it's a combined class), and Personal Finance. On Mondays I have Freshman Success/First Year Experience/Group Therapy. Fridays I only have an 8AM, so after that I'll go back to work.

Speaking of work, it's because of them that I brought my scooter to college (real mature, I know). It's actually kind of started a phase, I think. One of the other guys in the HC bought one on Sunday, and I know of at least three other people that are planning on buying one. Yay for starting trends!

I think that's about it for now. Homework has already started to pile up, so now is the time to start reading my art and personal finance books, and start summarizing the oral histories from WWII vets for my English/History class. TTFN!
